Hi folks, we did our research last year and have 3-4 good options for an overnight backpacking/tent camping with our 3 boys age 9 to 14 BUT...this glorious snow has a good chance of foiling our plans this year. (3rd week in June).
I read over the great recs for Spring hiking without snow, but wondered if others have thoughts in the Central or Southern Oregon regions. We will be near Christmas Valley, Umpqua but could hit a trail further North on our way back to PDX. Prefer no risk of poison oak, low liklihood mosquitos if possible.
Thanks!
