That looks great! I wondered if Wilson Mtn is worth the effort, may do it next time I'm there.

The ridge across the canyon in your picture, behind/left of Submarine Rock, is Mitten Ridge (at least part of it) and Hangover Trail goes on top of it, crosses from one side to the other between rock spires. Rough/scrambly in places, but one of my favorites for the views. Probably the most exposed mt. bike trail I've even seen.
