Mt Rainier Panorama Point Snowshoe

Post by ssinfo503 » March 20th, 2017, 8:29 am

left Portland at 9:10am and arrived at parking lot at 12:02pm.
Lots of people were on the trail. The last slope to Panorama Point was steep and icy.
The views from Panorama Pt were second to none

That looks like the perfect day out!
Some people are really fit at eighty; thankfully I still have many years to get into shape…

Beautiful! How were the road conditions getting there?

The road was great for all vehicles. No ice no snow.

Reminds me of my trip up there a little over a year ago! Great pics! I took a few on that "final hill" up there.
