Like the pictures and will have to get back over there soon. Only have Tundra Swans on Mirror Pond here on the East Side. Still a lot of snow at Multnomah Falls on the trails.

Keep those updates coming. You get some great photo opts.
When was the last picture of the owl taken? I haven't seen either owl since the first week of October.

That one was on November 28th in the evening looking north from the tributary before the last bridge...really far away in the dark forest, so it was a challenge to get a decent handheld shot.BigBear wrote:Keep those updates coming. You get some great photo opts.

There are two owls that you'll hear around dusk. They'll hoot back n fourth at eachother, but I've not been able to spot either one. I believe they are hanging out in the trail that's now off limits that would lead you to the photo blind.
Re: Tualatin Wildlife Refuge another update
Yeah they're a challenge. I always ask people if they appear to have spotted something, or sometimes people will tell me where they are or when they've last been spotted and where. It's a fun challengeWaffle Stomper wrote:All great shots.

I have a new mic on the way, so I hope to capture some good sound of them in the future!
