Thanks for this link. I only knew little bits of his story.

Thanks for the comment, Waffle Stomper. I journaled and drew and wrote poetry daily while in the canyon. There was just too much stress in my life and I used the opportunity to heal up and be in better condition when I came back to civilization. I am trying to keep many of the things I learned about myself in mind as I return to work.
