Hi all,
I was in Hubbard for a meeting on Friday (those are words that may never be typed again) so I decided to venture into new territory and check out Table Rock and Rooster Rock just east of Molalla. It was a fun 14-miler with about 1/2 of it in snow. The snow was very manageable being just a few inches deep starting at about 3,800 feet. It was off and on with most of it (about 8") coming up out of the saddle to Rooster Rock. Most of the time the trail was easy to follow but there were a few times I was glad I had my GPS track with me (thanks VanMarmot!). The trail was also in remarkably good shape for this early in the season. For my second week in a row there was not another soul to be seen for the whole hike.
Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the day.

Nice hike! I like the pic with both roster and table rocks. Yeah the roads out there can get a little confusing. If you get lost enough you might end up at bagby I haven't been up there in at least 10 years but you've inspired me to return Thanks for sharing!

Thanks guys, I recommend it. It was a good mix of up and downs with views and forests and creeks and a waterfall.
