Larch Mtn (6/3)

Post by alanecharlesworth » June 4th, 2013, 5:23 am

The Larch Mtn trail up from Multnomah falls is completely snowfree. I went down via the Oneonta & Franklin Ridge trails. A few small snow patches at the upper end of the Oneonta trail. As of Monday, the road was still closed, so I enjoyed Sherrard Point in regal splendor. There is still a large snowpatch blocking the road at the switchback where the Oneonta trail starts. Its only about a foot deep, so won't last long, and I would assume the road will open soon.
