Oregon Central Coast Hikes

I am spending the week at our Townhouse in Neskowin, OR, prior to setting out for the month of August backpacking Spider Gap and Buck Creek Loop and then Stevens Pass to Canada on the PCT. I wanted to get some workouts while at the coast and I was very pleased with my options. The Neskowin beach, Cascade Head, Cape Perpetua and then the Thumb trail north of Lincoln City made for a great week of preparation.
