It doesn't seem to me that there is a shortage of advocacy / lobbying / litigious groups out there trying to get the FS and other governmental agencies to do/not do various things, and the FS is probably their biggest target just due to the amount of land it manages and the virtually impossible multi-use mission. These groups may or may not operate or prioritize like you want them to, but there are plenty of them out there.

We need these groups and we also need groups like WTA and TKO. They have different missions and serve different purposes. But in indirect ways they contribute to what each other does and I think a fair number of people who run such groups understand that both roles are important.
