Using OregonHikers website photos

Post by stevebo » October 5th, 2017, 11:01 am

I am a commercial backpacking guide who would like to take a group (just 1 group) to circumnavigate Mt. Hood in 2018.

Is it possible to get permission to either link to or use photos from this site with attribution?

If not, that's fine but if so please let me know how to go about attributing / linking to photos here.

Just FYI, I'm a Leave No Trace trainer and try to leave a small footprint. My small commercial outfit is called Fitpacking http://www.fitpacking.com in case you want to do due diligence.
Thanks,
Steve

Hi Steve,

Thanks for asking. You will need to get permission from the owner of each photo. If you see a photo you want to use, click on the PM button for that person to send them a private message asking if you can use their photo.
