I can't speak for Martell, but I have a Firefox extension that can list every HTTP request made by the browser. When maps load their data from a separate file, it's usually pretty easy to spot.

Ctrl-shift-I in Chrome (Command-Option-I on a Mac), then click on the Network tab.
