Fire and wind map with fire weather forecast

You may have seen an earlier version of this map. This version has an improved selection of layers that you can turn on/off and restack.

If you click on the following map then you will get a popup with a link. If you click the link then you will get the fire weather forecast for that zone. To see the zone lines better you could change the basemap to "All white basemap". This data layer just recently became available as a result of the NOAA nowCOAST team upgrading their GIS system.

Remember, (1) clicking only works on the 'top' layer and (2) each time you open the map or turn on a layer you will see the most recent data that is hosted on a GIS server somewhere.
