Broken: Ability to link TR to FG

Post by kepPNW » March 9th, 2015, 4:33 pm

Used to be, back in the PH days, you could choose a FG entry to relate to your TR. That option has disappeared, though you're still prompted to do it. To repro, just go to the Trip Reports forum, choose the New Topic button, and look (or see attached). Tested in both Firefox and Chrome.

Yeah, I'm aware but haven't had time to fix it. It broke on the last minor forum version upgrade. Thanks for the reminder though.

Never mind, that was an easy one. Should work now

Cool, Dan! Didn't mean to pester, just remembered a request to look for oddities.

Thanks...

Not pestered- that was an honest thanks, because I had let that one slide for a while.

I'de say the transition from PH to OH has been pretty smooth

.com to .org was a little more difficult

Of course, I don't know how much work was required behind the scenes

Amazingly smooth! I would still be unaware that I was now a "OregonHiker", except for some "demise" thread! I love how well Dan keeps this site running... Maybe we should all have a shot of Martell?
Some people are really fit at eighty; thankfully I still have many years to get into shape…
