Hello Field Guide editors/administrators:
I checked through your list of "wanted" photos in the Field Guide and then my own photo files. Here are a few. Use what you like:
Actually, I have quite a few more that I can add. Also, I am not in the habit of taking pictures of trailheads or junctions, but will try to remember in the future.
I applied to be an editor through your online link, but no one has responded. Please let me know if:
a) You already have too many cooks
b) There is anything else I should do in the application process
I would be happy to add photos and trail reports to the Field Guide if accepted.
John

There is only so much organizational energy among the field guide
editors/administrators.
If someone wanted to give you permission, I'de be willing to answer questions you had about how to do it. The source files are sort of HTML-like.

Maybe only HTML-like in that you edit a source with some formatting characters or fields, and it gets expended to text.
Re: Photos for Field Guide
It was probably just oversight. I may have somehow missed your email when you applied. Do you mind resubmitting the form and I will set up your account?

I hadn't seen that list before now. I posted some shots of Silcox Hut (inside and out) in this TR, which you're free to use. I have a few other angles too, if you're looking for something specific. Regarding the FG, I think it's not correct to say a new structure was built, but rather the original was was rehab'd. Wikipedia has more info.
For TomDick, I have both far-away...

O.K., thank you everyone. Dan has signed me in and I've changed my password. Will attempt to add some of these pictures to begin with, but will probably come crying for help . . .

One obvious comment
Make small change, save, view result to see if it's as desired

Guy and Karl (and anyone else):
Now that I'm into the system, I'm happy to post any of your photos, but you'll have to do some of the work:
1) Check the list of needed photos first
2) Send me anything that's relevant and I will add it to the Field Guide if it fits; make sure it's clear what page it should be posted on. You can post the photos here, but PM me to remind me to check here.
