Has a $5 parking fee.
Hiked to Dry Creek Waterfall today to celebrate National Trails Day. Only passed a couple folks and had the waterfall to myself for about a half hour. Great trip!

Assuming you mean the one in Cascade Locks with the restroom, it's US Forest Service property. Parking there has always required the NW Forest Pass. Unless, of course, the Forest Service has turned it over to a concessionaire since last September.
Supposedly there is no fee for National Forests this weekend and next for National Trails Day (this weekend) and Get Outdoors Day (next weekend). You may have paid unnecessarily!

Thats the one.
The page on here for the Trailhead says None under Fees and Regulations. Thought someone might want to update that with the $5 so they don't show up cashless like I did today.

Re: Bridge of the Gods Trailhead
Thank you, Jeremy! Fixed. Welcome to Portland Hikers, by the way..!
I was up there last Monday (Memorial Day) with equally light crowds, and very nice conditions:
Lots of families on the trail -- always very nice to see. But not the circus that I'm sure the better-known trails were..!
