Whats This? A Baby Bear Maybe?

Post by Guy » June 28th, 2015, 8:01 pm

Whats your best guess as to what this folks?

Captured on the game cam in our back field. I want to believe it's a young bear but I'm not sure.

There isnt anything out there that color other than black bear, unless you or neighbors have a black dog. I would put money on bear. Make a fruit cocktail, age it in a bucket for 2 weeks in the sun and then dump it by the cam. If you have bear around they will be licking it up in a day or two.

Yes, another invasive species hits the ground running in Oregon!
Some people are really fit at eighty; thankfully I still have many years to get into shape…

Maybe climate change has allowed black jaguars to migrate to the PNW. Seriously, that does look like a poodle!

Not sure about a poodle, but it looks kind of like one of those little mutt dogs, kind of a wire haired yorkie or something. Someone lost a dog and it's (or it was) wandering in your hood.
