Volunteer with TKO! Collins Trail, Portland Audubon Society

Post by Shoofly » February 2nd, 2017, 9:24 pm

Join TKO and the Audubon Society of Portland in repairing and reopening the Collins loop trail!

Collins Trail, Audubon Society of Portland
Saturday, February 11, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM

Ice and snow this winter have caused significant damage to local hiking trails. The Audubon Society trails off Cornell were hit fairly badly, closing three trails. This work party will clear down trees and fix trail issues to reopen the Collins Trail. Future work parties will work on problems on the Founders and Wren Trails.

We will meet at the Collins Trailhead near the Audubon Society on Cornell Road. TKO will provide tools and experienced crew leaders. No trail work experience is needed.
