Our first Oregon Wild "Wild Wednesday" event of the summer is happening in one of Oregon's best destinations for water, wind, and summertime outdoor fun: Hood River.
Zach Collier, the owner and outfitter of the Northwest Rafting Company, will be our guest and featured speaker for this special Hood River Wild Wednesday at the Pint Shack, 105 4th St. in Hood River at 6:30 pm this Wednesday the 10th.
Zach will talk about Northwest Rafting's work with the Siskiyou Mountain Club, and his ongoing stewardship efforts in the amazing Kalmiopsis Wilderness in Southern Oregon, as well as his rafting explorations of waterways like the Chetco River, Baldface Creek, and Rough and Ready Creek.
Summer's a great time of year to be in Hood River, so come out and join us for a pint and a great presentation at the Pint Shack at 105 4th St. in Hood River, 6:30 pm this Wednesday, July 10th for our next Wild Wednesday event. See you there!
