Join Trailkeepers of Oregon on Saturday and Sunday, August 1-2 for a trail work party on the Clackamas River Trail. Located 16 miles east of Estacada, this popular trail needs tread work and brushing in the middle section. There is also an opportunity to improve the crossing of Pup Creek while the water is low.
We will be camping about 3.5-4 miles from the trailhead and will carry in tools, all personal camping gear, food, water, and water filter. No campfires are permitted; only propane stoves can be used for cooking. It is about a 2-hour hike. This work party requires a weekend commitment because of the distance to the work sites.
Trailkeepers of Oregon will provide tools and instruction. More details about the time and meeting place will be sent to registrants. Please sign up here.
