Greetings, From Roseburg!

Hello all!

I just joined, and wanted to say hello!

I am from Roseburg, and mostly hike/backpack the North Umpqua Trail, or the waterfalls on highway 138. I am a landscape photographer so my journey of backpacking started with day hikes to capture images, and has since grown. I would say I am still a novice hiker/backpacker, and don't have many accomplishments under my belt yet, but I do plan on it!

Most recently I have started to hike each section of the NUT to get ready for through hiking it this summer. So far I have done a little bit into the Tioga segment (just for photos) and yesterday hiked through the Motts segment and up into the McDonald trail to see the homestead.

Looking forward to sharing and reading about hikes here!

that's on my list, North Umpqua Trail

I just drove through Roseburg. Hiked down Rogue River a few days.
