Looking for fellow outdoor enthusiasts

Post by Utah Nich » October 16th, 2016, 7:00 pm

Hello!

My name is Nich. I've been in Portland for about five years and have had very little luck in finding people to hike with. I have a lot of mileage under my belt in hiking and backpacking. My limit is about 14 miles in a day. Trails are nice, but need not be present and I'm perfectly happy hiking in rain, snow, or wind. I have all my own gear, boundless enthusiasm a pretty good attitude when things go wrong, but do not have a car. I'm down for hiking, backpacking, backcountry skiing, or canyoneering. If anyone has an adventure that they wouldn't mind one more on, than drop me a line!

Go back through "introduce yourself" or "organize and invite"

Occasionally someone else makes a similar request. Sometimes noting that no one has responded.

I've been trying to find people to go backcountry skiing with for a while. I've got weekdays free, so that limits the pool. What about you?
Believe it or not, I barely ever ride a mountain bike.

Hey Charley,

As of right now, I've got week-days free as well.
