Webfoot, I don't think so. But you could call the Dalles Watershed folk and ask. Last time I did, years and years ago...the answer was no. The only way in is with a drone fly-over. Of course that's how I get my photos...except when I hired a helicopter to lower me by a cord so I could take a photo from just 3 feet above the rocks. The helicopter had to hold really still so I could slow down my shutter. Nudge nudge....
