Nice. We did that trip in June and utilized the bus system. It only cost $1.00 per person to ride from Forks to Neah Bay. We did have to hitch to and from the trailheads but that was easy.

We crossed the Ozette River at low tide and it was only up to our knees.

Olympic Coast - 20 mile wilderness between Oil City and Third Beach, then 9 miles of roads, then 20 miles from Rialto to Ozette where there's a 3 mile trail to a road, another 10 miles of wilderness beach to Shi Shi.
I've done about half of that and recommend it.
