Driving Directions

Drive Highway 26 west. From the junction of Highway 217 with Highway 26, drive 68.9 miles over the Coast Range on Highway 26.

Go right at the sign for Highway 101N, Seaside and Astoria. In 0.3 miles, merge with Highway 101N.

Head north on 101 for 18.9 miles to cross the Youngs Bay Bridge and reach a roundabout.

Continue around towards Astoria for 0.6 miles and then make a left turn at a traffic light for Highway 101N, Ilwaco, and Long Beach.

Drive up over the Astoria-Megler Bridge for 4.3 miles. At the junction on the Washington side of the Columbia, turn left for Highway 101N, Ilwaco, and Long Beach.

Drive 9.2 miles and turn right onto Highway 101 Alt for Raymond and Aberdeen.

Go 0.7 miles, and turn right again on 101.

Drive 8.4 miles and turn right into the parking area at the Willapa Wildlife Refuge Headquarters.
