Greetings! Thank you for visiting my tiny corner of the Portland Hikers universe. Like you, I love nature and wish that I could spend considerably more time embracing it.
After hundreds of hikes, it eventually occurred to me that I should bring a camera along to document the beautiful things that I saw. First it was a point-and-shoot, and then I graduated to a "real" (SLR) camera, which I now lug with me wherever I go. That gear includes: Nikon D90; Nikon 18-200 mm lens, Tokina 11-16mm wide-angle lens; Sigma 105mm macro lens; circular polarizer; and my trusty Bogen/Manfrotto tripod.
Usage
My photos are copyrighted, but I regularly make them available for non-profit purposes. High-resolution versions are available for printing and licensing. Please contact me if you would like use them.
