Description
Tank Creek flows under a small rail bridge and into the Salmonberry. Water from the creek filled the nearby Enright water tower, which was used to top up steam trains before they began the steep grade to the railroad summit at Cochran. Only a narrow band of alders separates the rail one here from clear cuts on Tillamook State Forest land.
