  • $3.50 toll each way at Hood River Bridge
  • No facilities

Driving Directions

Drive I-84 east and take Exit 64 for White Salmon, Government Camp and Highway 35. Turn left after exiting for Bingen and White Salmon.

Drive 1.1 miles, crossing the toll bridge. At the junction with Highway 14, turn left for Stevenson and Vancouver.

Drive 0.2 miles, and turn right onto Dock Grade Road.

Head up the bluff for 0.8 miles and make a left onto Jewett Boulevard (Highway 141) in White Salmon.

Go 0.4 miles, and turn right onto Main Street at the Glockenspiel Tower.

Drive 0.9 miles, leaving White Salmon, and veer off to the right onto Snowden Road.

Wind up for 4.9 miles, keeping to Snowden Road, and turn left onto Sanborn Road.

Drive 2.9 miles down this gravel road to a green gate, where you can park by some abandoned agricultural equipment.

  • Note that Sanborn Road is sometimes spelled "Sandborn."
