Description

The first 1.3 miles of the South Climb Trail #183 lead up through alpine parklands on an old road bed just past the site of the old Timberline Campground to the junction with the Round-the-Mountain Trail #9. Keep straight at this junction to continue ascending on the South Climb Trail.
