Rock Creek Ford

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Rock Creek at the ford, Rock Creek Wilderness (bobcat)

Description

For the vast majority of hikers dipping their toes into the Rock Creek Wilderness, this is where the hike ends. You can ford the creek here (See Tips for Crossing Streams), and attempt to follow the user trail as it continues a short distance on the opposite bank. Any other penetration of the wilderness involves either wading up the creek or bushwhacking on the high ridge above.
