Plaza Lake

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Plaza Lake in the Salmon-Huckleberry Wilderness (bobcat)

Description

Plaza Lake, a shallow four acres, is one of only a handful of lakes in the Salmon-Huckleberry Wilderness. It drains into the South Fork Salmon River. Old growth trees, especially western hemlock, surround the lake. This is a short hike, but a long, slow drive along rough Abbott Road.
