From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Little Log Church, Yachats (bobcat)
Looking to the altar, Little Log Church, Yachats (bobcat)

Description

This little church, now a museum, was constructed in 1930 from local timber. It was first an Evangelical church and then a Presbyterian church. When the congregation moved to a more spacious building, the church was purchased by the Oregon Historical Society and, in 1986, deeded to the City of Yachats.

The pews and altar area of the church have been restored. The museum section showcases settler history as well as works by local artists. It is usually open 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. every day except Thursday.

The address is 328 W 3rd St, Yachats, OR 97498.
