Lakes-Coldwater Trail Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Waterfall on Coldwater Creek, visible from the junction (bobcat)

Description

The Lakes Trail #211 meets the Coldwater Trail #230 here at the east end of Coldwater Lake. Hiking along the Coldwater Trail, you will soon come to the Coldwater Creek Chasm, a narrow gorge scoured bare by the aftereffects of the 1980 eruption. A small waterfall is visible up Coldwater Creek from this junction.
