Kwaddis Lake

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Kwaddis Lake (Steve Hart)
Designated Campsites Brochure

Contents

Description

Kwaddis Lake is a relatively unknown lake near Thomas Lake. The main Thomas Lake Trail passes north of Thomas Lake and Kwaddis is on the far south end. This is a good place for people looking for a very easy hike to a lake that might offer a bit of solitude.

Note that due to that area's popularity camping near Kwaddis Lake is not permitted. There are only 6 designated sites at nearby Thomas Lake, Heather Lake, Eunice Lake, and Dee Lake, and camping within 250 feet of these lakes is permitted in designated spots only.
