Krag Peak

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Krag Peak reflected in Crater Lake (bobcat)

Krag Peak is a 9,000-foot summit in the southern Wallowas above Crater Lake. The peak is usually summited via the northeast ridge, which is accessed starting with the the east ridge. From there, it's a scramble northwest up a rubbly slope to the summit. Views, of course, are expansive, with most of the Wallowa high peaks visible, including Red Mountain just to the southeast.

Barbara I. Bond's 75 Scrambles in Oregon gives details about the ascent of Krag Peak.
