High Ridge-Saddle Trail Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

At the High Ridge-Saddle Trail Junction looking toward Rooster Rock (bobcat)

Description

The unmarked junction is situated below Chicken Rock in a glorious south-facing meadow dominated by little sunflowers (Helianthella uniflora). Rooster Rock looms above its skirt of conifers just to the east. Go left across the meadow on the Rooster Rock Trail; continue right and into the woods to head along a ridge crest on the High Ridge Trail.
