Hidden Peak

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

East Peak from the summit of Hidden Peak (bobcat)

Description

Hidden Peak is the unofficial name of this peak on the high ridge between Mount Howard and Aneroid Mountain. It can be reached most easily from the former via a use trail. Hidden Peak is also accessible via cross-country scrambles from Rogers Lake in the East Fork Wallowa Valley or from the McCully Basin. East Peak, the other prominence in the middle of this ridge, is three-quarters of a mile to the north across Lone Rock Pass. Cross-country skiers enjoy skiing this high ridge in the winter.
