Fees and Regulations

  • $10 entrance fee or America the Beautiful Pass
  • Open 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., late June – Labor Day; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Labor Day – late June; closed Christmas Day
  • Restrooms, picnic tables, visitor center, interpretive signs
  • Dogs on leash

Driving Directions

Drive Highway 26 west to the coast.

Bear right for Seaside, Astoria, and Highway 101N. After 0.2 miles, merge with Highway 101.

Continue north for 15.0 miles, passing through Seaside and Gearhart, and turn right onto Ensign Lane.

Proceed 0.8 miles to the junction with Highway 101 Business.

Keep straight here for Astoria and Fort Clatsop, and proceed 1.3 miles.

Make a right onto Fort Clatsop Road for Lewis & Clark National Park and the Fort Clatsop Visitor Center, and drive 0.7 miles.

Turn left for Fort Clatsop, and proceed 0.2 miles to the parking area at the Visitor Center. The park fee is payable inside the center.
