Fees and Regulations

  • Dogs on leash at Fishing Rock
  • Day use open 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Driving Directions

Drive I-5 South to Exit 294 for 99W, Tigard and Newberg. Keep on 99 West through Tigard, Sherwood, Newberg and Dundee for 22.9 miles and then turn left onto Highway 18 for Dayton and the Oregon Coast.

Drive all the way on Highway 18 (52.7 miles). Before Highway 101, there’s a junction where cars going north peel off to the right for Neskowin and Tillamook.

Drive 0.7 more miles and merge with Highway 101 South.

Drive another 14.3 miles all the way through Lincoln City and past the turnoff for Salishan Lodge.

Turn right on Fishing Rock Street and keep straight for 0.1 miles before pulling into a fenced gravel parking area on the left just before the junction with Fogarty Avenue.

  • When leaving, if you want to travel north, because the highway is divided here, turn right onto Highway 101, and then use the next U-turn option at a turnaround.
