Driving Directions
From downtown Portland:
Drive Highway 43 south for Lake Oswego and Oregon City.
From the Sellwood Bridge, it's 8.7 miles on 43 (Willamette Drive) to the right turn onto Willamette Falls Drive after you pass under I-205.
Go 3.6 miles on Willamette Falls Drive, passing through the old Willamette area of West Linn, and turn left into a small parking area and the beginning of a trail. This is just past Epperly Way. You can also pull off to the right on Willamette Falls Drive and park alongside the road before a pedestrian crossing.
There is a larger parking area 0.1 miles farther down Willamette Falls Drive and another one just before Fields Bridge over the Tualatin, but these put you in the middle of the hike rather than at its beginning.
From the south:
Drive I-205 north to Exit 6 for 10th Street.
Turn right on 10th Street. In 0.1 miles, make a right turn on Willamette Falls Drive.
Drive 1.1 miles through the Willamette area of West Linn and turn left into a small parking area and the beginning of a trail. This is just past Epperly Way. You can also pull off to the right on Willamette Falls Drive and park alongside the road before a pedestrian crossing.
Alternatives to Driving
Tri-met Bus #154 runs along Willamette Falls Drive as far as Ostman Road. Get off here, and walk about 2/3 mile west along Willamette Falls Drive to pick up the trailhead leading into Fields Bridge Park.
