Devils Churn

At the Devils Churn, Cape Perpetua (bobcat)

Description

The Devils Churn is a steep-sided ocean gully on the convoluted lava shore at Cape Perpetua. Visitors can watch the incoming waves churn up the narrow gully, a phenomenon best observed during the incoming high tide. The Devils Churn can be reached via the Restless Waters Loop Trail.
