Cedar Grove-South Trail Junction

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Junction, South and Cedar Grove Trails, Powell Butte Nature Park (bobcat)

Description

The South Trail is the former Pioneer Orchard Trail and it joins the Cedar Grove Trail, formerly the Blacktail Deer Trail, in a quiet and impressive grove of western red-cedars 20 yards below the Cedar Grove Trail's junction with the Hawthorn Trail. You can hike out of the Powell Butte Nature Park from here to the Springwater Corridor.
