Drive 2.1 miles into Ilwaco and come to the traffic light on First Street, where Highway 101 heads north.
Turn right here, and drive 4.5 miles north (Highway 101 becomes Highway 103/Pacific Way).
Then turn left onto 26th Street in Long Beach, and drive 0.1 miles to the Breakers.
