Driving Directions
From Medford, take Exit 30 from I-5 to Highway 62.
Follow Highway 62 for 14.5 miles to the Butte Falls Highway on the right.
Turn right and go 15 miles to the town of Butte Falls and then another mile to a sign for Prospect.
Turn left for 9 miles, then right on the paved Lodgepole Road (FR 34) for 8.5 miles.
Turn right on FR 37 for 5.3 paved and 2.1 gravel miles.
Then turn left on to gravel road FR 3770 for 5.3 miles to the trailhead. There is parking here for 8-10 cars but no amenities.
