Blue Box Summit

From Oregon Hikers Field Guide

Mt. Hood from the Blue Box summit, Blue Box Trail (bobcat)

Description

This is a broad forested ridge west of Blue Box Pass in the Mt. Hood National Forest. The Blue Box Trail #483 runs along this ridge and down to Clear Lake. North of the actual high point, there's a regenerating clearcut from which you can get the best view of Mount Hood from just off the trail.
